Santakbirnagar: Serious allegations have been made against a government doctor posted in Santakbirnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The doctor’s wife has filed a complaint at the police station that her husband makes obscene videos in the guise of a woman and uploads those videos on adult websites.
What happened according to the complaint?
On May 18, the doctor’s wife filed a written complaint at Khalilabad Kotwali. According to the complaint, the doctor had made his government residence a studio and these videos were shot there. The police have now sealed that residence.
What is the wife’s claim?
The wife said that she has identified her husband from the face, voice and interior of the house seen in the video. The doctor has created a fake identity as a transgender and put it on the internet.
What is the doctor’s defense?
The doctor has denied all these allegations as false and has said that these videos have been edited with Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition, he has accused his wife’s brother, who is a software engineer, of conspiring.
The matter reached the point of domestic violence
On May 18, the doctor himself reached the in-laws’ house in Gorakhpur and attacked his wife and in-laws. Later, the doctor has also filed a complaint of assault against his wife and in-laws.
What do the officials say?
Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Ramanuj Kannaujia said that a departmental inquiry has been started in the matter. A three-member committee has been formed, which will submit a report within a week. The doctor has not been suspended so far.
What is the police investigating?
District Superintendent of Police Sushil Kumar Singh said that the matter is serious and strict action will be taken after a thorough investigation. He also said that the doctor was married 7 years ago and has a 5.5-year-old son. There was a long-standing dispute between the husband and wife.
