New Delhi: Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is currently attending the Cannes Film Festival in France. Recently, she showed off a gorgeous look for the official premiere of her upcoming film “Homebound”. This second look of Janhvi has especially paid tribute to Indian tradition.
She wore a mint green backless gown designed by fashion designer Anamika Khanna. The upper part of this dress was decorated with antique gold embroidery work from the old times, due to which this look got a touch of royal value.
She also wore special pieces like jade and jadav along with traditional Indian jewellery, which added a vintage feel to her entire attire. For this look, Janhvi tied her hair in a straight bun and completed the look with traditional earrings.
Rhea Kapoor shared the pictures on social media and wrote, “Janhvi has chosen this look for the official premiere screening of the film Homebound. She is shining with traditional jewellery and specially designed jadav pieces.”
In Janhvi’s first look, she wore a pink lehenga made by Tarun Tahiliani, which was considered a tribute to her mother Sridevi. The lehenga was specially made from Banaras and also included a ghunghat.
