Housefull 5 A vs B: Akshay Kumar’s superhit comedy franchise ‘Housefull’ is making a comeback with its fifth part, but this time the audience has got a shocking twist. The film ‘Housefull 5’ has been released in two different climax versions – Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B. This is the first time that a Hindi film is being shown in theatres with such a dual ending.
What is the difference between the two versions?
The main plot, characters, comedy and songs of the film are the same in both versions. But the end of the story i.e. the climax is completely different. The murderer, suspense or twist in one cinema hall will be completely different in the other hall. That is, one film, two funny endings!
What to keep in mind while booking tickets?
When booking tickets online—whether you are on BookMyShow, Paytm or a multiplex website—the show times will be written as Housefull 5A or Housefull 5B. You can also compare both versions if you want.
Why did the makers do this?
According to producer Sajid Nadiadwala, this idea was in his mind for the last 30 years. He wanted the audience to get an interactive cinematic experience, which would draw them back to the theater.
